Write YourSelf: Using Personal Narrative for Self-Realization and Healing

By delving into guided self-inquiry, and acquiring the necessary knowledge of the unique karmas that shape each and every one of our lives, we may regain significant memory and eradicate disease. Maya Tiwari, Women’s Power to Heal Through Inner Medicine.

One of the core principles of yoga philosophy is self-study. This self-study includes self-reflection practices in addition to  studying the words and wisdom of teachers that have gone before us. These practices are critical to growth as the source of all healing is within ourselves.

We may try to cover our old and festering sores with cloth of gold, but there comes a day when the cloth of gold is removed, and the sore in all its ugliness is revealed. Swami Vivekananda.

In this NEW eight-week program, I offer you through your email inbox writing assignments and prompts to guide your self-reflection, reading recommendations to further your growth and development, and ceremonies to practice on your own during the week.

I created this course for my advanced yoga teacher training students, and their response was PHENOMENAL  so I am offering it to YOU!

Each week, you will also have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one integration session.

I look forward to accompanying you on this journey to Dive Deep within and discover.
